Warrants in Tulsa County are public record — but how you check matters. Walking into TCSO to ask in person can result in immediate arrest if you have an outstanding warrant.

Safer ways to check

1. Search OSCN. Any issued warrant attaches to a case. Search by name at OSCN.net. If there's an active CF or CM case, look for "Warrant Issued" in the docket entries.
2. Hire an attorney to check. A defense lawyer can pull the warrant and, in many cases, arrange a "walk-in" surrender at a scheduled court appearance — avoiding overnight detention.
